Responding to sensitivities in the Northumberland village of Beadnell regarding an affordable residential development we worked closely with the local landowner and Four Housing Group to promote the development of Cardinal Point.

We are working in partnership with Broadacres Housing Association to develop a site of 12 eco-friendly, affordable homes at Linden Close in the pretty village of Great Ayton, North Yorkshire.
