    Coast and Country Housing needed to act quickly to ensure that they retained their Housing Corporation allocation for a site just off Woodhouse Road in Guisborough and turned to Yuill Construction to negotiate a development package.

    The Old Creamery, Whitby

    The Old Creamery site in Whitby was identified in 2008 by Yuill Homes as a potential site for development and has evolved into a joint project with Broadacres Housing Association.

    St. Germain's Gardens, Marske

    Yuill were selected as preferred developer for this site which involved the demolition and replacement of 36 prefabricated post-war Tarran bungalows in Marske by the Sea, which were owned by Coast and Country Housing.
