East Shore Village, Seaham

Occupying the site at the former Vane Tempest Colliery, Yuill worked in partnership with both Keepmoat, Miller Homes, One North East, English Partnerships and Easington District Council to revitalise an area of industrial dereliction and decay.

Consisting of 600 new homes, the development also helped to create an extra care nursing home for Durham County Council, live/work units and new retail and leisure facilities. This development also included training and employment opportunities
