Central Park, Darlington

Yuill has been selected by Tees Valley Unlimited as preferred developer for the Central Park in Darlington, an iconic £170m flagship redevelopment, where we are working in partnership with Keepmoat PLC, NomadE5 and Commercial Estates Group.

With the Central Park project, we aim to provide the following:

• The creation of 2,000 permanent jobs
• 300,000 sq ft of prime office and retail floorspace and hotel
• 630 residential units for sale, intermediate market sale and rent
• Green and formal open spaces with high quality lighting and art installations

Residential units will be designed to meet the highest standards including Code for Sustainable Homes, Building for Life, Secure by Design and ONE Design Assessment.

Environmental features such as on site energy generation and sedum roofs will feature as part of the overall development proposals.
