    Yuill developed this award winning £70m scheme in Newcastle upon Tyne in partnership with One North East, North Tyneside Challenge, North Tyneside Council and Mowden Park Estates.

    Central Park, Darlington

    Yuill has been selected by Tees Valley Unlimited as preferred developer for the Central Park in Darlington, an iconic £170m flagship redevelopment, where we are working in partnership with Keepmoat PLC, NomadE5 and Commercial Estates Group.

    Scotswood, Newcastle

    Yuill are working with Barratt Homes and Keepmoat Homes as part of the BKY Joint Venture Company and have been selected by Newcastle City Council as their preferred partner for a £320m project to develop 1800 homes.

    East Shore Village, Seaham

    Occupying the site at the former Vane Tempest Colliery, Yuill worked in partnership with both Keepmoat, Miller Homes, One North East, English Partnerships and Easington District Council to revitalise an area of industrial dereliction and decay.

    Yuill were selected by Gateshead Metropolitan Borough Council along with Keepmoat Homes and NomadE5 as preferred developers for a 30 acre site known locally as Bleach Green in Gateshead in May 2006.
