We recognise the importance of working closely with funding partners like the HCA, ensuring we meet its requirements. This relationship has allowed us to offer Government-backed equity share scheme HomeBuy Direct on selected sites and house styles and we’ve has also been successful in obtaining Kickstart One funding for our St Cuthbert's Court development in Middlesbrough.
Yuill Construction has also developed its own range of dwellings which are compliant to HCA Design & Quality Standards, Code for Sustainable Homes Levels 3 and 4 and Secured by Design. In addition, within our product portfolio range we have the ability to build homes to Lifetime Home standards.
Yuill is a member of the HCA Development Partner Panel for the Northern Cluster and as Development Finance partners we are also able to bid directly for HCA and National Affordable Housing Programme monies for both our own and our partners' developments.
