About Us
Since the early 1980s, Yuill Homes’ contracting division, Yuill Construction, has worked in partnership with local authorities, regeneration agencies, RSLs and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) in order to provide innovative regeneration solutions and award winning developments throughout the North East.
Our developments range in size from 650 unit plus, mixed tenure sites to small rural residential schemes. Working closely with our partners, Yuill Construction provides excellent quality design and build options to meet both needs and available funding streams and our work has been recognised by many bodies, including the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) awards for Queensbury, Longbenton in the Regeneration category.
Yuill Construction designs its own house types to meet both HCA standards and to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 and beyond. We are members of the HCA Development Partner Panel Northern Cluster and are a Development Funding Partner of the HCA, as well as framework members of many of the RSL framework such as the Spirit Partnership, which aims to build better quality affordable homes more cost effectively and efficiently.
